Summary of my science fair project

My science fair project is about learning and memorizing. As we attend our education we need to memorize a lot of vocabulary words in order to use it in our daily life and communication with people. In this experiment, I decided to find out which kind of study habits is better in memorize, reading the words silently, read out loud the words, or writing down example sentence for each word. I gave six high school students 60 words total with definition applied to 3 different conditions. I gave them 10 minutes for memorizing each condition, and 5 minutes for them to take a multiple choice test. Those vocabulary words are non-English words, so the experiment is fair.
After the experiment, I found out that students got high score on reading the words out loud, because they were able to hear their own voice while memorizing. My hypothesis writing down example sentences will have the best score was wrong, because they didn’t have time to finish making sentences and memorize them in 10 minutes. If I give them more time, they would get a higher score on their test. Throughout the result, there is one student got all 100 on his three test, who is good at memorizing words in all three kinds of study habits. Over all, everyone has their own study habits, but read the words out loud are the best throughout this learning experiment.
